CMS Energy has agreed to sell a group of Brazilian electric distribution companies for $211.1 million. CMS Energy said it and subsidiary CMS Electric and Gas will sell CMS Energy Brasil SA, which provides electric service to 172,000 customers, to Brazilian utility CPFL Energia SA.
